This website is operated by Traveldoze. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Traveldoze. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced here, including our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
We may update these terms by posting changes on this page. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept them. Our store is hosted on Shopify.
1. Using our store
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use this site. You may not use our products or the site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or transmit viruses or harmful code. Breaching these terms may result in your access being terminated.
2. General conditions
We may refuse service to anyone at any time. Card details are always encrypted in transit. You may not copy, resell or exploit any part of the site without our written permission.
3. Accuracy of information
We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but information is provided for general guidance and may occasionally contain errors. We may correct errors and update information at any time.
4. Prices and changes
Prices may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any part of the site or any product at any time.
5. Products
We try to show product colours and images accurately, but screens vary. Returns and exchanges are covered by our Refund Policy. We may limit quantities or sales to any person or region.
6. Add-ons
Shipping Protection and the 1-Year Warranty are optional. They cost $4.99 each when bought in the same order as a Traveldoze pillow and $100 each when bought on their own; the price you'll pay is always shown in your cart before checkout. Shipping Protection covers reshipping an order that's lost, stolen or arrives damaged. The 1-Year Warranty covers replacing a pillow that leaks or breaks within a year of delivery, under normal use.
7. Orders and billing
We may refuse or cancel any order, or limit quantities per person, household or order. If we change or cancel your order, we'll try to contact you using the details you gave at checkout. Please provide accurate, complete purchase information.
8. Third-party tools and links
The site may link to or use third-party tools and websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and you use them at your own risk.
9. Your comments and reviews
If you send us reviews, feedback or other content, you agree we may edit, publish and use it in any medium. You're responsible for making sure it's accurate and lawful and doesn't infringe anyone's rights. You may not impersonate anyone or use a false email address.

11. Prohibited uses
You may not use the site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, harass others, submit false information, upload malicious code, collect others' personal information, spam, scrape, or interfere with the site's security.

We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Except as stated by us or required by law, the site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traveldoze isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Traveldoze against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
14. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
15. Termination
These terms apply until terminated by you or us. We may end your access if you breach them.
16. Entire agreement
These terms and the policies posted on this site are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the site.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
